Packing: All models are securely packed with foam sheets,
peanut or bubble wraps. Most of the items are shipped double boxes. All tall ships are fully assembled and packed in an extremely
secure wooden crate which is boxed and sometimes double boxed.
Shipping We will process the order within three business
days after receiving payment. The model ship will be sent via Fedex Ground and after pickup can take 5-7 business days
to arrive within the lower 48 states. A tracking number will be provided after the shipment is sent. All shipments are
FULLY INSURED and we take care of all the claims.. Oversized items such as ships in display cases and extra large ships
will be shipped by freight. If the buyer is in Alaska or Hawaii please contact me for the exact shipping cost.
Return Policy: For damaged or defective items: Report any damage or defect within 7 days of shipment arrival. E-mail
pictures to mcmas@cox.net to show the damages or defect. Once
we receive the pictures, we will determine if the damage is fixable or not. All our models are handcrafted and most of the
damages are easily fixed by using Locktite glue made by Super Glue or wood glue. If it's determined fixable, we will ask you
to fix it since exchanging for a new model ship may cause additional damage to both the old and new model ship. If parts are
needed and available, we will send new parts for replacement at no cost. If it's determined non-fixable, we will send a call
tag for pickup and then we will send a new replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not available in a reasonable
time, we will issue a 100% refund for the cost of the item.
